AMACS NX
Automated Technologies Intl. (ATI), develops integrated platforms for large format 3D robotic additive. AMACS, Adaptive Multi-Axis Additive Control System is ATI’s programming platform and its silver bullet. AMACS NX is a powerful platform for Large Format Programming Platform and includes ATI’s patented adaptive additive.
The ATI 6X and Dual 6X include AMACS NX for programming and simulation. The ATI Gateway includes a platform size that range from 6ft x 6ft to our ATI 6X Dual Max with a printable area of 16ft x 45ft and includes two KUKA KR 50 Robots working in unison. ATI also offers the ATI 6X Mini globally that comes with a Doosan M0617 Robot and AMACS for adaptive additive.
The ATI AMACS Platform is a product that has been developed through the Technical Development Partnership Program at Siemens. ATI provides sales, training and support for all Siemens NX Multi Axis products with emphasis on automation, robot additive, and other cutting edge Siemens NX automation capabilities. ATI is a full sales, service and support effort for NX in both our facilities in Seattle, WA and St Petersburg, FL.
Our ATI 6X Robotic Additive Platform is the most advanced 3D additive solution available globally. The ATI 6X is the result of a partnership between KUKA Robotics and Automated Technologies Intl. The integration of the ATI 6X with KUKA Robots provides technical capabilities unmatched by rivals globally. The ATI 6X ranges in sizes from the 6X Mini (6’x6′), to the ATI 6X Dual MAX (16’x45′ ). The ATI 6X Dual Max includes two KUKA Robots on 45′ dual robotic tracks.
