Automated Technologies Intl, ATI
From 3D Scanning to Engineered Automation
Automated Technologies Intl. helps manufacturers solve complex geometry, alignment, inspection, reverse engineering, and automation challenges.
ATI provides advanced 3D scanning, metrology, scan-to-CAD, dimensional inspection, fixture planning, robotic automation development, and large-scale digital manufacturing solutions for marine, aerospace, defense, and industrial applications.
Our work begins where many successful automation projects should begin: with accurate measurement, clear part understanding, and a practical path forward. ATI helps customers capture physical parts, molds, tools, structures, and assemblies; compare them to design intent; create usable digital models; improve repeatability; and identify where automation can provide real value.
ATI is not simply a scanning company. We combine metrology, engineering, CAD, alignment strategy, robotic systems, and advanced manufacturing experience to help customers move from physical reality to engineered solutions.

AMACS™ Platform
ATI develops AMACS™ — Adaptive Multi Axis Control System — as an integrated platform for precision alignment, persistent datum control, metrology workflows, and future robotic automation of large-scale manufacturing processes.
AMACS helps large-structure manufacturers create repeatable reference points so they can align, inspect, scan, repair, document, and eventually automate work more reliably.
The AMACS Anchor™ is one physical starting point within the platform. It provides a repeatable reference system for large structures, allowing teams to scan, align, inspect, and re-register work with confidence.
AMACS is designed for practical adoption. Customers can begin with scanning, inspection, alignment, and metrology workflows without being forced into a full automation system on day one.
Start with measurement. Build repeatability. Grow into automation.
ATI Workflow Paths
AMACS-NX supports advanced Siemens NX-based digital manufacturing, multi-axis robotic automation, additive manufacturing, machining, welding, sanding, coating, and other automated production processes.
AMACS-IronCAD supports a streamlined alignment and configuration workflow for customers who need practical anchor placement, fixture planning, structure layout, inspection preparation, and repeatable reference control without requiring a full robotic automation environment.
Both AMACS paths can integrate with leading metrology and inspection environments, including Verisurf, PolyWorks, API, Leica, Sokkia, and other compatible measurement systems.
ATI is the company.
AMACS is the platform.
The Anchor supports repeatable alignment.
Automation is the destination.
