The AMACS Anchor™ is the physical starting point of the platform. It creates a repeatable reference system for large structures, allowing teams to scan, align, inspect, and re-register work with confidence.

AMACS is designed to support practical adoption first. Customers can begin with alignment, inspection, and metrology workflows without being forced into a full automation system on day one.

AMACS can be deployed through two primary ATI-supported workflow paths:

AMACS-NX supports advanced Siemens NX-based digital manufacturing, multi-axis robotic automation, additive manufacturing, machining, welding, sanding, coating, and other automated production processes.

AMACS-IronCAD supports a streamlined alignment and configuration workflow for customers who need practical anchor placement, fixture planning, structure layout, inspection preparation, and repeatable reference control without requiring a full robotic automation environment.

Both AMACS paths can integrate with leading metrology and inspection environments, including Verisurf, PolyWorks, API, Leica, Sokkia, and other compatible measurement systems.
